Here is a Repeat of My First Impressions and additional ones added. Please give to your brother to review, as we discussed, before the search.
Also, a breakdown of suggestions to keep an eye out for, while searching. Also, I sent you a map of the Eastern Pisgah Area, where Old Spofford is nearest Pisgah and a creek? I also sent Monica Caison/CUE Center a copy.

I concluded that Paschal, based on how my impressions normally work, was an association with Pisgah (which I did not know existed when I wrote down my impressions, since I am several states away).

Note to brother:
Sharon mentioned, from my impressions, that Buffalo could be related to a Bison farm that Tina passed by in her travels.
Sharon confirmed there are plenty of beavers/ponds up there in NH. And, lots of Park signs that are wooden with mile markers on them. There is a sign at the entrance to Pisgah that says .2 miles to Pisgah, according to Sharon.
San Paulo sounds spanish and at one point, Sharon and I had discussed the possibility of the POI drug running. I believe Sharon said it was a definite possibility (with alot of details to be disclosed).
I mentioned building outhouses. That impression could mean a separate building or away from the main building such as a shed or barn. Perhaps on one of the POI's properties nearest Pisgah.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND WHERE:
Pisgah is my main focus and always has been.
Spofford Road, nearest the Park, near water seems to be my main focus, at this time, after studying the maps again. I believe Sharon confirmed POI Had owned a piece of property in that area, backing up to the park.
Clear impressions are the cascading water over rocks. The cavelike formation (which could be a dark, damp place...definitely inside of this formation.)
Strongest impressions have to do with concrete. Perhaps freshly poured, at the time of disappearance. Perhaps within the formation, such as a shed. Also, the heavy, clear construction plastic with a corner hanging out beneath the concrete.
Strand of hair on wood (maybe a nail), piece of clothing torn, showing on ground, below plastic.
The gold, stacked balls....could be a necklace.
Dense trees causing it to be dark and moist on the ground, and beds of pine needles.
I believe the girls are together, perhaps bound together, within this damp, dark structure.
I believe their clothes were burned/incinerated.
I believe the girlfriend 'K' may have jewelry of the girls..most likely a ring.
I think I mentioned earlier, the brown suede coat with the fur collar. *I have all these hand-written notes I have kept, and printouts from Child Seek Missing Site in 03'.
There should be a Lodge/cabin, light-colored wood with wide steps, in the vicinity. Also, a public park, metal trashcan, suspended (might not be literally a trash-can).
I will write again, if I find more notes and reflect further.

ADDITIONAL NOTATIONS (from earlier notes)
The impression was that of: white-painted over, concrete blocks, stacked, like a wall. Some had normal texture, one had a smooth texture.
BELOW IS A PHOTO OF THE 'STRANGE TOMB' FOUND IN THE FALL OF 2008...beneath the garage that was torn up,
at the residence on Mountain road, that was demolished for the new owner to build a new house. What purpose did it serve???????????
Another case comes to mind that I helped a Child Advocate, Debbie, on is of Ashley and Miranda in Oregon. They were found, one beneath a concrete slab, entombed in a barrel, where a supposed huttub was going to be set, concrete poured in the winter...the other beneath a shed, in the ground, same yard. *Concrete usually is not poured unless the air temperature is warm, not cold like in the winter.
Theorizing...Have you ever heard of "Hiding something in plain sight? The last place to look is the obvious? The biggest sign is the one you overlook when lost!
a) heavy construction plastic
b) outhouse buildings
c) spring/well house
d) concrete block
e) the white-washed, concrete blocks, like a wall
*alleged facts that 2 concrete mixers were found in POI's shed, at their residence.
**LE took a boat out, equipped with sonar, on the river........where there was no ice formed at the time of disappearances....searching for the missing Nuke barrel. Nothing turned up in the river.
Common Sense Theorizing: The white-painted, concrete block wall that divides nothing could be a marker or (it could be on top of the concrete slab that entombs a barrel). The barrel could be interpreted as a cavelike formation.
The outhouse mention could be a signal that relates to septic or septic tank. They are found underground, usually made of concrete and metal. A septic tank could hold a barrel, within the tank itself. A septic tank could be interpreted as a cavelike formation.
Spring/well house. We could assume that because of the location of the residence, spring/well water is used, not city water like alot of us have pumped in. Springs exist beneath ponds also, feeding water into them. (The photo above has haunted me for years now. I wonder just "how thoroughly" the property was searched by authorities, including beneath the ground, i.e., in the septic systems and beneath the water in the wellhouses).
And, construction plastic is often used beneath concrete poured. Or, could serve as a wrap if the girls were wrapped up first.
So, picture this:
Outside the house that sits next to the river...we have a white-painted wall on a concrete slab.
UPDATE on wall - it is now the new location for the Memorial because the old location property is for sale.
UPDATE on Mountain Road Property - the House Tina, Bethany, and Eugene Van Bowman, Jr. lived in is supposedly going to be torn down in the Spring of 2008. (What about the sealed evidence the authorities have, collected during their search of 2001....what is to become of this property and all its hidden clues?
UPDATE The Mountain Road House was demolished in summer, 2008'. A new house has been built in its place by a new, locally-known owner.
We have several septic tanks on the property, main house and cabins.
We have a well, perhaps a spring house over the well (2, actually, I believe).
We have 2 concrete mixers that were used around that time, allegedly, found in the shed.
One job done with the concrete mixer was to put a hot tub in at 'K's house......remember 'K'?... POI's alleged mistress, then fiance with a minor child, Power of Attorney during POI's incarceration......now disconnected and out of the picture. Her stepson lived with the POI, Tina, and Bethany. He put a hottub in at her house, in the winter, allegedly. A concrete base had to be set in place first, right?
And, we can't forget the alleged 5 properties that he owned. One questioned earlier, where a shed exists, next to Pisgah - near the broken gate that leads to the park. (Park Ranger confirmed that a gate that led to the park was broken that weekend - near one of the 5 properties at Pisgah). The shed, we think, having a concrete slab. That property was sold since the disappearances.
Digest all of that. It is difficult to do.
I, personally, am sitting with my marker in hand....and my poster board on the table...I have the urge to light a candle and make a sign, reading "Dig me Up!"
A) The most obvious place, under our noses, is right in POI's yard.
B) The least suspected place would be at 'K's house, beneath the hottub, beneath the concrete slab, in a barrel.
C) Or, beneath the shed, on another property he once owned.
D) An anonymous construction worker also mentioned a poured basement, used for a daycare center that the POI poured himself.
All of which will take alot of effort to get attention drawn to. Sort of like the perfect crime no matter how you look at it. *All of the above being interpretations and Facts of the Alleged nature, of course.
SPECIAL WEATHER NOTATION: There was NO snow on the ground or falling the night of the disappearances (unusual for NH winter, actually).
The moon was partial, near full. The temperature was cold but bearable.
Shedding New Light?
Perhaps the "Buffalo" impression/word written down while studying Tina and Bethany's photos, should not have been taken literally. Perhaps the word "Buffalo" was indicative of the actual city or someone associated with the city AND with the case. (This has been my experience in the past...where original impressions given seem to be meaningless until all of the pieces of the puzzle come together, in the end, when the person/people are found). Ironically, our investigator, now on board, Gil Alba is from Buffalo. Perhaps Gil is the "Buffalo Stepping Stone."
The "suspended metal trashcan" impression. Again, automatically one thinks of the Park trashcans that swing back and forth. A can that holds up a boatdock could be considered a suspended metal trashcan (suspended in water).
The "Gold-stacked Balls" impression. That was and is a baffler. A recent visit to the residence of Tina and Bethany presented a windchime hanging from one of the cabins on the estate. On the windchime hangs a string of golden, stacked balls. It has also been suggested the golden balls represented a pile of apples in the woods to bait deer in for the kill. Worth noting is: The Medici family of Florence, credited with the origin of the three golden balls as a pawnbroker's sign. The family was first engaged in the medical profession. Averardo de Medici was an officer under Charlemagne, who according to legend, slew a giant named Mugello, on whose mace were three gilded balls. Could there have been personal belongings of Tina and Bethany's worth Pawning?
November 06 - Food for Thought:
San Paulo, mentioned in my First Impressions back in Feb. 03, has never showed itself as being relevant to this case???????
Until now, November 06. Talk about off-the-wall: While on a trip to the mountains my husband and I watched and old Clint Eastwood movie. I never really watched his movies all the way through because they were usually shoot-em-ups. But, this one intrigued me. I took a little snippet off the net about the movie I am talking about. The woman in the movie was seeking revenge for her sister's rape and her own from when she was younger against several men. She was seeking each one out and killing them. She and her sister were going to restore Carousel Horses. The movie took place, partially in San Paulo, CA. When I mentioned this movie to Sharon, she thought I was a having a crazier than usual impression. But, she did mention that she and her sister Tina thought about doing the same exact thing - restoring carousel horses! And this town has the same name as my impression. San Paulo.

...Sent from San Francisco to San Paulo to investigate the first of Jennifer's castration killings, Harry meets on a jogging path without knowing that she is the murderer; he picks her up again in an outdoor restaurant, and they bond over their shared sense of the inadequacy of the legal system ("I bet you're tired of hearing that" "Actually, I don't hear it enough").
What molds together for me is that this movie is based on one sister trying to bring closure to what happen to the other sister, and never giving up. Also, that she and her sister were going to restore carousel horses, same as Sharon and Tina (which I didn't know until now, Nov. 06'). And, that the final closure ends up taking place in San Paulo. Actually, the last guy murdered fell onto a carousel horse. It just dawned on me, the mention of Horse. Sharon has told of her experience with the horse surprising her while she was searching along the riverbanks. The horse came out of nowhere. Sharon is part American Indian. Our American Indians believe in animals having spirits, like people, and communicate certain messages to people.
2008 CURRENT IMPRESSIONS UPDATE:
The property were the 3 ponds are located, not far from the light-colored log cabin, that has been found, is located in the NW part of Pisgah. A family there stated, recently, that the POI was at that propertythe day after the disappearances of Tina and Bethany. There are concrete blocks strewn there. There are sheds there. There are ponds there. The POI, allegedly, was there on Feb. 4, 2001 freshly showered, smelling of aftershave, in a chipper mood. This is also the location where the ex-fire chief was fishing and pulled in hair strands, allegedly.
THE NEXT SEARCH SHOULD BE AT THIS AREA, in my opinion.

Tina and Bethany Sinclair have been missing from West Chesterfield, NH since Feb. 4, 2001. They were living with Eugene Van Bowman, Jr. (POI) who was convicted of Sex Offense, against a minor, in NH after their disappearances. Tina and Bethany were last seen on Mountain Road in NH where they lived with Eugene Van Bowman, Jr. and, allegedly, another young man.
